  1. I’ve already read that book but it’s still amazing the third time around. John Green does an amazing job of giving his characters amazing personalities and intelligence that most would deem beyond their years.

  2. I really like this novel so far, I find my self wanting to read it more the farther I get into it. I hope its as good as its made out to be.

  3. I like the book so far. I’ve heard many good things about this book and so far it is living up to my expectations. Hazel seems like she is going to be a very interesting character, she seems like a very different teen girl compared to the majority and I’m looking forward to reading more about her. I feel like the book is going to keep me busy and I’m going to be glued to it. I like this genre of book and I’m very intrigued by Agustus so far.

  4. So far I am enjoying the book; I’m only on page 58 so not a lot has happened so far. I like how the teenagers in the book are smart because in a lot of books teenagers are portrayed as less knowledgeable. I like how the Augustus and Hazel are both very strong and don’t let cancer define them.

  5. I’ve read this book many times and it just gets greater. Hazel seems like a very different girl from many, she has a different mindset and seems like a beautiful girls inside and out. The romance in this novel warms my heart. This book values friendship, love and life. When I pick up this novel to read i can’t stop. The first time i read it i was in tears around the end, it plays with your emotions and really connects you to each of the characters. I can’t wait until the movie comes out!

  6. I’ve read a few books by John Green, but this one is by far my favourite. I like how the the book is written in Hazel’s point of view; it shows us how she deals with her cancer… While meeting the love of her life. I can’t wait to read it over again!

  7. So far this novel is very interesting and I think I will enjoy it. I’ve read other novels by John Green and I really like the way he writes. It starts with Hazel, a girl battling cancer and how she is very antisocial and quite bored with life. Her mother pushes her to go a support group for kids with cancer. Hazel doesn’t like the group meetings very much; that is until Augustus shows up at one of the meetings. Immediately they catch each other’s attention. It is obvious they are interested in one another and will continue to grow closer together. I can’t wait to see how the story plays out and I have I feeling I’m really going to enjoy this book. It really shows how we can’t always controls things in life and sometimes we just have to be strong and deal with them.

  8. I’m close to halfway done of this book and already it’s one of the best books I’ve ever read. Hazel sounds like such a strong person and i wish i was as strong as her! Augustus sounds like such a strong person as well, i wish a guy like that would hit on me!! Hazel is a lucky girl picking him up! I’m excited to see what other amazing feelings this book will bring to me.

  9. I’ve only read about 15 pages of the book, so I don’t really know that much about it right now. So far though it seems like it’s going to be a really interesting book. I feel like I’m really going to like Hazel’s character too. I’m excited to keep reading the book to find out what happens.

  10. The book has started off pretty good and defiantly has caught my interest. So far it’s witty but still focuses on the struggles of cancer. Even in the first few chapters, John Green has giving the characters such personality and made me feel like I knew them. Hazel is so strong and smart and Augustus doesn’t care is so optimistic despite things going on in his life. I’ve read John Green novels before and his writing is beautiful so I’m excited to see what this novel has in store. I feel like I’m in for some romance and tears.

  11. I just started this book, (at about page 38), and I really enjoy it! I see that John Green relates to Julius Caesar. Just in the title, Mr. Green argues with Caesar. In Shakespeare’s play a quote states that “The Fault, dear Brutus is not in our stars…” This play shows that it is our own fault. Green’s title “The Fault in our stars” says otherwise, and that it is not our own faults to what happens to us. Saying that, Hazels fault of cancer, is not her fault.
